BYU Museum of Art Touchscreen Kiosk

The BYU Museum of Art is one of the most highly attended museums in the country with many visitors arriving there for the first time. I proposed to the museum a touchscreen kiosk that would enable the new or returning visitor to be able to find what they wanted to see quickly and easily. While many local families visit the museum, the primary audience is the faculty and students of the university.

Text content and visual assets were provided by the museum and I was hired as a contract software developer. I designed the system to mimic the style of the existing printed guides and allow the user to explore by gallery space or exhibition material.
